Quality

Our ingredients are carefully selected and we maintain a close feedback loop with the international suppliers and farms we work with. The majority of our grain is malted in Germany, supplemented by oats and other British specialty malts sourced directly from the UK. We work closely with farms in Germany, the USA and New Zealand to ensure
we have the highest quality hops. We build direct relationships and make visits to select the very best hops to deliver bright, fresh hop flavors and aromas.

Freshness

Temperature fluctuations, oxygen, ultraviolet light, and mishandling are all particularly destructive to the pale, hoppy beers we love. We measure oxygen during all critical brewing processes and make sure it’s at the lowest possible levels.
We also decided early on to package our beers only in cans and kegs. Both containers are 100% light and airtight, so no oxygen can get in. Once packaged, our hoppy beers are kept cold at all times to ensure they stay delicious and fresh.
